Let’s just say, for swimming, if you had to carry a brick 15m, what’s the best part of your body to rest it on so that you can stay buoyant and afloat throughout your carry? Also, any tips on carrying bricks in the water?

Well a brick is going to sink you no matter where you put it, but if you want to rest it anywhere it would be your chest because the air in your lungs keeps you afloat.
